SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager in New York City. This is a great growth opportunity and the position offers a high base salary, bonus and excellent benefits. The incumbent will report to the Director of Human Resources and will hold an integral role in the department.
The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resource including, hiring, retention, benefits administration, professional development, employee evaluations and other tasks as may be needed.
The incumbent may also assist in the planning, organization and implementation of the day-to-day administrative operations of the office including vendor management.
The successful candidate will have:
Degree in Human Resources or a related Business Degree with strong academics;
8-10 years of experience in a HR Manager role within a mid to large sized law firm or professional services firm.
Project Management experience is a must
Performance Management and Employee Relations experience is required.
