What You’ll Do:
Draft and finalize pleadings for state and federal filings.
Manage discovery, document productions, and large-volume case files.
Support deposition and trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and demonstratives.
Work with vendors to meet deadlines and production requirements.
Track and record billable hours.
Assist with case docketing and court deadlines.
Provide legal and administrative support for litigation attorneys.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 5 years’ litigation paralegal experience.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local civil procedures.
E-Discovery and Relativity experience a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong document management and trial preparation skills.
Salary range: $85,000–$110,000, depending on experience.
