What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive firm growth.
Identify new markets, opportunities, and client relationships, especially in the NY/NJ region.
Conduct market research and deliver insights on trends and competitive positioning.
Create proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for client pitches.
Represent the firm at conferences, seminars, and networking events.
Collaborate with partners, practice groups, and marketing teams to align strategies.
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for measurable results.
What You’ll Bring:
8+ years of business development experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD preferred.
Proven success designing and executing growth strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Salary range: $135,000–$170,000, depending on experience.
