What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive firm growth.

  • Identify new markets, opportunities, and client relationships, especially in the NY/NJ region.

  • Conduct market research and deliver insights on trends and competitive positioning.

  • Create proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for client pitches.

  • Represent the firm at conferences, seminars, and networking events.

  • Collaborate with partners, practice groups, and marketing teams to align strategies.

  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for measurable results.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years of business development experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD preferred.

  • Proven success designing and executing growth strategies.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

  • Salary range: $135,000–$170,000, depending on experience.
