SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with one of our top clients. This role with be responsible to design, implement and manage talent acquisition programs necessary to attract, select, and retain top talent.
The incumbent will also be responsible to create and implement programs /events to promote culture and employee engagement. This will include management of engagement programs, building internal-relationships, and the design/development of talent engagement programs.

The successful candidate will have a 4-year degree and at least 5-years of experience with full-cycle recruitment experience in a professional services environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Management of all recruitment activities including to include creation of position specifications, sourcing, evaluating, interviewing and selection/offer process for all positions.
Management of the internship program & university recruiting.
Negotiating and managing relationships with all recruitment-related vendors;
Managing projects and engagement initiatives such as employee referral program, volunteer program, Newsletter & employee recognition program.
Create and implement cultural initiatives/programs using best practice strategies;
Conduct surveys and focus groups to assess/measure culture.
Work to increase internal and external awareness of company (history, achievements, benefits/perks).
Managing HR-related intranet/content development and communication and plan events.
Maintaining a firm grasp over employee morale and provide actionable feedback to the HR Director;
Create and manage budgets, proposals and timelines to increase employee engagement and to sustain the employee culture.
