Partner with attorneys, practice group leaders, and the finance team to design and implement pricing strategies aligned with client and firm goals.
Develop financial models and profitability analyses for client engagements, matter budgeting, and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs).
Support RFPs and client proposals with pricing recommendations and benchmarking data.
Monitor ongoing matter performance and ensure compliance with negotiated pricing agreements.
Provide strategic pricing insights through data analysis and collaborate with firm leadership to enhance revenue and profitability.
Assist in developing pricing tools, dashboards, and reports using Excel, Aderant, or similar platforms.
4+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or legal operations, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, formulas).
Experience with pricing and financial systems (e.g., Aderant, Intapp, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Solid understanding of law firm economics, billing structures, and profitability metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
