Litigation Paralegal - New York
What You'll Do:
As a Litigation Paralegal in our New York office, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team. Your responsibilities will include:
	- Preparing and finalizing pleadings in accordance with applicable State and Federal rules for filing with the court.
 
	- Assisting with document retrieval, reviews, and the organization of voluminous production.
 
	- Managing and producing documents for cases.
 
	- Maintaining case pleadings, correspondence, and discovery for large volume cases.
 
	- Utilizing and maintaining document, transcript, and work product databases.
 
	- Preparing for depositions, including creating preparation binders, exhibits, and handling other discovery-related tasks.
 
	- Working with supervising attorneys to organize and prepare exhibit lists and/or privilege logs.
 
	- Coordinating work with outside document/litigation vendors and adhering to strict deadlines.
 
	- Assisting with trial preparations, including the creation of exhibits, witness binders, and demonstratives.
 
	- Managing case docketing, including court and discovery deadlines.
 
	- Providing legal and non-legal administrative support to attorneys.
 
	- Maintaining confidentiality of client information.
 
	- Performing other duties as assigned.
 
What You'll Bring:

Experience and Skills:
	
		- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting.
 
		- Superior organizational skills and the ability to handle a high volume and fast-paced environment.
 
		- Strict attention to detail and the initiative to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
 
		- E-Discovery experience and knowledge of Relativity is a plus.
 
		- Ability to maintain and use document, transcript, and work product databases effectively.
 
		- Strong skills in coordinating and assisting with trial preparations.

Salary:
The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $115,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
