Join the thriving USA Transport Division of a 35+ years old global transportation company as their Truck Brokerage Sales Executive. We are seeking a candidate with 4-5 years of experience in selling truck brokerage services to both new and existing customers.

Job Scope:

As the Truck Brokerage Sales Executive, you will work remotely in the state of Arizona, presenting an excellent opportunity for future growth based on your performance.

Truck Brokerage Sales Executive Responsibilities:
  • Contact new shippers through cold calling, engaging new and existing customers to expand nationwide business.
  • Set up meetings with shippers to promote truckload and other brokerage services.
  • Create and deliver presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate rates for new business and develop contracts.
  • Determine optimal coverage opportunities, whether lane-by-lane or country-wide, based on shippers' needs and areas of interest.
  • Collaborate with the operational team during the initial 90 days to ensure proper management of sold coverage.
  • Must-Have: Minimum 5 years of experience in selling transportation truck brokerage services.
  • Must-Have: A client following.
  • A proactive hunter mindset, willing to engage in cold calls via phone to generate new business.
  • Conduct both in-person and phone sales calls to customers.
  • AA or higher college degree.
Pay / Benefits:
  • Salary: $90,000 - $115,000.
