Source Pro Search is conducting a search for a Senior Project Manager to join our Agriculture Team.
In this crucial role, you will bring your extensive engineering experience to provide top-notch design, planning, permitting, and consulting services to our region's farming communities. This position will involve overseeing significant agricultural and farmstead improvements, renewable natural gas (RNG), and technology enhancement projects by collaborating with various agricultural clients. Your involvement in our aggressive growth plans will provide opportunities to influence the strategy and growth of our agriculture and RNG markets. This position offers flexibility and can be based out of any of our offices, home, or a hybrid arrangement.
Goals & Responsibilities:
Manage projects and coordinate with clients on waste transfer, storage and processing systems, specialized stormwater systems, water quality, building expansion, and permitting projects.
Collaborate on project work with other professionals, contractors, jurisdictions, and regulatory agencies.
Navigate project permitting through the WDNR, ACOE, and local government agencies.
Cultivate positive and productive relationships with clients.
Assist the Agriculture Team in maintaining existing clients and generating potential leads.
Explore opportunities for cross-functional work with our other market teams for interested candidates.
Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering (or a related degree).
Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin.
Minimum of 4 years of experience (6+ years preferred).
Agricultural experience is a plus.
Experience in project management, client interaction, marketing, business development, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Experience with HydroCAD or equivalent stormwater modeling software.
Team-oriented yet individually driven, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, advanced problem-solving abilities, deadline orientation, and a willingness to have some fun along the way.
