Outside Sales Representative - Mobile Controls Technology

As our Mobile Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in fostering connections between our company and customers. This position primarily involves outside sales, with a focus on visiting customers, and remote office work.

  • Provide innovative solutions to customers, contributing to the development and growth of customer accounts.
  • Establish long-term business relationships by assessing customer needs in person and over the phone.
  • Plan and execute customer sales calls, assess needs, generate quotes, close orders, and diligently follow up on all related activities.
  • Inform customers of available products, anticipating their needs and introducing new products.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our products through continuous training sessions.
  • Provide coverage for assigned accounts and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and respond promptly to customer requests.
  • Grow new and existing accounts by effectively selling a well-balanced mix of product lines.
  • Build relationships through consultative selling, working directly with mobile equipment OEM customers to assess and solve their application needs.
  • Evaluate product applications, assisting customers with product scope, technical descriptions, proposals, and project management.
  • Travel to off-site business and customer locations.
  • Foster a positive team environment by assisting co-workers.
  • Follow quality standards, comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
