As our Mobile Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in fostering connections between our company and customers. This position primarily involves outside sales, with a focus on visiting customers, and remote office work.
Provide innovative solutions to customers, contributing to the development and growth of customer accounts.
Establish long-term business relationships by assessing customer needs in person and over the phone.
Plan and execute customer sales calls, assess needs, generate quotes, close orders, and diligently follow up on all related activities.
Inform customers of available products, anticipating their needs and introducing new products.
Develop a deep knowledge of our products through continuous training sessions.
Provide coverage for assigned accounts and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify and respond promptly to customer requests.
Grow new and existing accounts by effectively selling a well-balanced mix of product lines.
Build relationships through consultative selling, working directly with mobile equipment OEM customers to assess and solve their application needs.
Evaluate product applications, assisting customers with product scope, technical descriptions, proposals, and project management.
Travel to off-site business and customer locations.
Foster a positive team environment by assisting co-workers.
Follow quality standards, comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
