Position: Robotic Automation Technician
Location: Brown Deer, Wisconsin
Experience: An engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering, plus three or more years of manufacturing equipment experience with robotic automation or Programmable Logic Controls (PLC)
Pay: Up to $81,000
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent W-2 Employee

  • Interpret and understand engineering drawings and documents
  • Troubleshoot robotic and automation equipment
  • Program robotic automation equipment and systems
  • Program and integrate vision systems
  • Document as needed
  • Participate in troubleshooting and testing
  • Oversee robotic equipment assemblers
  • An engineering degree in a related field
  • Three or more years of manufacturing equipment experience with robotic automation or PLC
  • Two or more years of robotic automation troubleshooting
  • Two or more years of robotic automation equipment base and module programming
  • Two or more years of vision system programming and integration
  • Two or more years of initial setup and integration experience with robotic automated equipment
  • Two or more years of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs
  • Two or more years of experience utilizing Fronius or SKS to integrate weld equipment
  • Experience interpreting and understanding engineering drawings and documents
  • Solid work history
  • U.S. citizen or possess a green card
  • Residence within a 45-minute drive
