Electrical Mechanical CNC Machine Maintenance
Two or more years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a CNC environment are required.
Pay: Up to $33 hourly
Shift: Third shift
Location: New Berlin, Wisconsin area
This full-time, permanent CNC Machine Maintenance role for the third shift is with a leading, integrated, financially sound manufacturer of advanced design cutting tools. Training on first shift before transitioning to third shift
Performing a broad spectrum of electrical, electronic, controls, mechanical, and maintenance tasks on the third shift
Diagnosing, repairing, aligning, and calibrating various equipment and machines
Utilizing precision instruments such as micrometers, gauge blocks, precision squares, torque wrenches, oscilloscopes, voltage meters, ohm meters, phase rotation testers, and laser equipment
Analyzing and interpreting schematics, engineering drawings, and specifications
Fitting spindles and bearings
Machining replacement parts
Installing a variety of electrical components, circuits, and equipment
Maintaining industrial electrical equipment and systems
Ensuring compliance with electrical codes
Troubleshooting and repairing electronic controls
Installing and wiring new and existing equipment
Ability to train on the first shift before transitioning to the third shift
Two or more years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a CNC environment
One or more years of lathe, mill, and/or machining center maintenance experience
Knowledge of relay and digital logic
Familiarity with ladder drawings and schematics
Ability to work the third shift
Solid work history
US citizen or green card holder
Residence within a 45-minute drive
