SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a Project Manager for a startup technology company. Ideally they are seeking someone with some experience in project management (3-5 years).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing IT/digital transformation projects for various clients within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

Provide overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time and under budget. Set project timelines, monitor project deliverables, and update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress. The individual in this role will also play an integral role to coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years managing projects in software development, digital transformation, IT, web development, digital marketing, or advertising related projects.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Coaching and mentoring capabilities
