The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience with Corporate M&A and Private Equity transactions experience is preferred.
Must have experience conducting due diligence reviews and experience with partnership agreements, joint ventures and limited liability company operating agreements.
Large law firm experience and strong academics is required.
