• and experience counseling prescription drug companies in marketing and sale of products, including promotional review, and familiarity with the OIG Compliance Program Guidance, PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, the Anti-Kickback Statute and related topics.
• Must be admitted in New Jersey.
