New Business Development/ Sales Executive (Staffing Industry)

SourcePro Search is women-owned/led WBENC certified boutique staffing firm with over 10 years in business serving clients with their recruiting needs nationally in various verticals including: Professional Services, Financial Services, Legal, Human Resources, IT/Technology, Engineering, Non-Clinical Healthcare, Manufacturing, Construction and Start-Up/Seed Companies in the SaaS industry (Healthtech, Fintech, Proptech). This is an amazing opportunity to work with a group of people who make a difference with the most influential companies all over the United States. We are expanding our team and are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional who has sales/business development experience in staffing. Our client identifies, locates, and evaluates professionals on a Direct-Hire, Contingent, Temp-to-Hire, and Temporary/ Flexible staffing services.
 
Requirements:
What you'll do:
  • Promote full-service staffing solutions with a consultative approach to new client relationships
  • Identify, cultivate, and close sales with prospective clients
  • Maintain new customer relationships and develop new accounts and prospects
  • Conduct research to pinpoint potential business opportunities
  • Meet with prospective clients via video/telephone and email to assess their needs and discuss our services
  • Guide internal consultants on the practices and nuances of the client company’s culture and needs
  • Assist with developing new marketing strategies to directly reach prospects
What a qualified candidate should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years experience in a staffing agency or complementary business, i.e., business-to-business/professional services sales
  • Ability to work both within a team and independently
  • Exhibits a high sense of urgency and tenacity
  • Ambitious and financially driven
  • Enjoys being challenged and learning on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication skills that build a great and authentic rapport with others
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive approach with all you do
  • Comfortable and confident in networking with others
