Our real estate law firm client seeks full-time Conflicts Analyst in their New York Office. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant legal conflicts work experience. Excellent benefit package available. Compensation will be based on experience. Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm. This is a non- exempt position. What You'll Do: As a Conflicts Analyst, you will be responsible for careful review of all incoming conflict checks for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to Firm's standards. This position will work closely with secretaries and attorneys to clarify conflict parties and relationships. You will be responsible for researching all parties submitted in conflict checks; obtain necessary information and relationships and ensure the information added to our Surepoint Conflicts database is correct. You will review and analyze requests to re-open closed clients / matters and you will identify data to existing client records. This position will determine if there are potential conflicts that require further analysis and / or additional research. You will be responsible for communicating potential conflicts results and assist with the resolution of conflicts issues during the attorney hiring and new business process. This position will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Information Governance.
