Corporate Paralegal (Private Equity)
Boston, MA · LegalSourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Paralegal in the Boston area (currently remote).
This role offers a high base, excellent benefits and is remote.
This individual will work closely with the attorneys on a wide variety of business and corporate transactions, including all aspects of private equity investment and venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial loan transactions.
Other duties will include frequent interaction with domestic and international clients, corporate formation and maintenance of business entities, drafting of governance documents and consents, preparation and filing of UCC financing statements, securities filings, and other tasks assigned by attorneys.
Experience with corporate management software is helpful.
Qualified candidates will be enthusiastic team players, with strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and to work independently on multiple matters.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of broad corporate paralegal experience.
