Senior Business Analyst

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in a technical, CS or business field
- 4-years of experience creating business data and process models.
- Must have testing experience.
- Experience with the following: JAD facilitation, Data Flow Diagrams, Work and Process Flow diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Data Models, Sequence Diagrams and Activity Diagrams, Use Case development.
- 3-years of experience delivering software projects using RUP (Rational Unified Process) or other development methodology process.
- Experience gathering technical requirements and building business case and justifications (ROI).
- Knowledge of user interface design.
- Visio experience
- SAP preferred
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
