The background of the successful candidates must include the following:
- One year of MIG welding experience is required
- First shift
- Pay is up to $24 per hour
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote
- Full-time
- Permanent W-2 employee
- Full benefits
- No relocation
- Oconomowoc, Wisconsin area

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
- Utilizing fixtures and measuring tools
- Performing spot welding
- Performing MIG welding up to 3/8"
- Setting up and utilizing an automatic arc welder
- Cleaning welds with a grinder or hand tools
- Meeting production goals
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Utilizing math skills
- Making safety and quality a priority
- Participating in fixture designs
The background of the successful candidates must include the following:
- One year of MIG welding experience
- Possess the ability to understand engineering drawings
- Possess the ability to accurately utilize measuring tools
- A residence within a 40 minute drive
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
