- Ten plus years of manufacturing operations management experience and a manufacturing related degree are required
- Travel to Minnesota for one week per month is required
- Pay is up to $125,000
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote

- Overseeing operations for two smaller manufacturing plants
- Spending 50% of the time on the shopfloor and 50% in the office
- Travelling to Minnesota for one week per month is required
- Scheduling production and ensuring production schedules are met
- Training employees
- Work with engineering and quality to resolve any issues
- Seeking ways to increase efficiency and improve quality
The background of the successful candidate will include the following:
- Ten years of manufacturing operations management experience
- A manufacturing operations manager related degree
- Travel to Minnesota for one week per month is required
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
