Lathe CNC Machinist 1st shift - pay to $33 hourly
Big Bend, WISourcePro Search is conducting a search for a First Shift Lathe CNC Machinist.
This stable, established, growing, high-precision manufacturing company is looking to hire a full time, permanent Lathe CNC Machinist. The company recently moved to their new, temperature controlled, clean manufacturing facility. The company is always looking to be better and has a dozen continuous improvement projects going on at any giving time. The company is glad that their products are helping those in the Ukraine.

The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:
Candidates must have a minimum background consisting of the following:
- Two plus years of machinist experience setting up and operating lathes as well as a strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T and G&M codes is required
- First shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday
- Pay is up to $33 hourly
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote
- Full-time
- Permanent W-2 employee
- Full benefits
- No relocation
- Big Bend, Wisconsin area

The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Working first shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday
- Accurately running automated CNC lathes per specifications
- Utilizing a variety of measuring instruments
- Setting tools
- Making tool page offsets
- Investigating and troubleshooting issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Documenting as needed
Candidates must have a minimum background consisting of the following:
- Two years of machinist experience setting up and operating lathes
- Strong ability to understand blueprints
- An understanding of GD&T and G&M codes
- Ability to follow safety requirements
- Ability to utilize gauging and a variety of measuring instruments
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
