The successful candidate will have:
A four-year degree from an accredited university is required.
This is an excellent opportunity with a great firm and offers a high salary.
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial real estate environment.
The successful candidate will have:
- demonstrated experience with mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in the oil and gas and real estate areas
- as well as experience preparing title objection letters, estoppel agreements,
- lease abstracts,
- closing binders,
- and setting up and attending closings.
A four-year degree from an accredited university is required.
