- and 5-6 years of experience in general corporate securities matters with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and other strategic transactions.
- Experience with acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin-offs, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, recapitalization, and tender offers is also desired.
- Large from experience
- and strong academic credentials are required as well as admission to the CA bar.
