Provide counsel and support in estate litigation matters, including contested wills, trusts, and related fiduciary disputes.
Represent clients in state and federal courts, focusing on complex Trust & Estates issues.
Draft legal memoranda, motions, petitions, and related documents.
Engage in oral arguments, depositions, and discovery.
Work with clients to manage estate and trust disputes, providing both strategic and tactical legal advice.
Review and analyze estate planning documents and their validity.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless case management.

3-5 years of experience in Trust & Estates or Commercial Litigation.
Strong writing and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of estate planning and administration strategies is a plus.
Experience working with business entities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
A proactive approach to solving complex legal problems.
