The successful candidate has a Bachelor degree (Accounting or Information Systems preferred) and at least 3-years of experience in a professional services environment. Experience with Elite Enterprise is preferred. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and great work environment.

- Serve as support for e-Billing / LEDES file related issues
- Elite Enterprise master file maintenance
- Manage the administration of Firm’s e-Billing timekeeper rate submissions, including the maintenance of the firm’s internal tracking system (MeBa)
- Responsible for setting up, reviewing and maintaining the integrity of the Firm’s master files in Elite (timekeeper, client, matter information).
- Assists with the Firm’s e-Billing function. Acts as a point of contact for the Billing team and Clients. Ensures all engagement terms and client/matter rates are compliant in Elite.
- Coordinates with other administrative departments in the management of the new matter intake process.
- Reviews Outside Counsel Guidelines to ensure client/matters/timekeepers appropriately set up.
