The ideal candidate has 2+ years of legal billing experience and extensive experience with Elite or Aderant and eBilling Hub. Trademark/Patent experience is a plus Must have electronic billing experience. Duties will include:
- Produce timely and accurate bills for clients, including e-bills, and perform specific billing and e-billing tasks and projects.
- Manage quality control, deadlines, timely reporting on billing status, and thoroughly analyze special billing arrangements.
- Act as a resource for internal clients and colleagues, troubleshoot procedural issues, and assist systems team with upgrades and testing.
- May directly support assigned billing attorneys in full cycle of account management, including account set up, billing and collection arrangements, and inventory management.
