Responsibilities will include: 
 
  • Independent review of title and survey for commercial properties.
  • Preparation and distribution of comment memos.
  • Coordination with title companies, surveyors, and zoning consultants.
  • Management and organization of transactions involving multiple properties and large deal files.
  • Drafting loan documents    .
