The incumbent will be responsible for:
coverage and vacation schedule of support staff (Secretaries, Executive Assistants and Reception).
Keep adequate coverage for secretarial desks during peak vacation and holiday seasons.
Prepare reports on lateness and absenteeism and recommends procedures to reduce issues.
Identify and resolve utilization and capacity issues across the team.
The incumbent will also be responsible to:
Assist in the planning, organization and implementation of the day-to-day administrative operations of the Office Services functions including Mailroom, Copy Center, Supply Room and vendors.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Business Management Post-graduate degree in Business or Human Resource Management preferred.
4-6 years of human resources or personnel management experience in a law firm setting.
