- at least 5 years of immigration law including experience preparing H-1B, TN, L-1, E-1/E-2,
- petitions and applications, labor certification (PERM) applications and Adjustment of Status/Consular Processing applications, and preparation and filing employment based non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions experience.
