This role will manage the law school and summer recruitment process for two major offices and some travel will be required.

- College degree required.
- 5+ years of legal recruiting with law firm experience required.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
