What You’ll Do:
Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, petitions, motions, discovery, and judgments.
Review and summarize financial documents, discovery responses, and case materials.
Calculate alimony, child support guidelines, and prepare equitable distribution worksheets.
Conduct legal and property research using Westlaw, SunBiz, and official records.
Prepare trial and hearing notebooks, coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings.
File documents electronically, manage attorney calendars, and ensure compliance with court rules.
Track and record billable hours daily.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 3 years’ family law paralegal experience.
Strong background in reviewing and organizing financial records.
Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
Proficiency in MS Office, i-Manage, OneDrive, Dropbox, Family Law Software, and similar platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing billable time and supporting attorneys in high-volume practices.
