Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to attorneys in the Estate Litigation department.
Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda with precision and attention to detail.
Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and handle related follow-ups.
Organize and maintain client files—both digital and hard copy—ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
Assist with preparing presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client matters.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably with exposure to estate litigation or trust & estates law.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, and document management systems. Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff.
Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Typing: Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
