💰 Salary: $75,000 – $82,000


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to attorneys in the Estate Litigation department.

  • Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda with precision and attention to detail.

  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and handle related follow-ups.

  • Organize and maintain client files—both digital and hard copy—ensuring accessibility and accuracy.

  • Assist with preparing presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client matters.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably with exposure to estate litigation or trust & estates law.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, and document management systems. Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff.

  • Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Typing: Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
