Digital Marketing Specialist (FinTech Experience)

SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our client firm's digital presence. This role will focus on ensuring the firm's digital assets are engaging, user-friendly, visually appealing, optimized for search engines, and consistently up-to-date.
 
The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of the firm's digital content, maximizing engagement, accessibility, and digital performance.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Manage and oversee the firm's digital assets, ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and user experience across all digital channels.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain digital content, including images, video content, messaging, links, and accessibility standards.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to optimize digital infrastructure and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Analyze and improve SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and collaborate with digital advertising partners to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Continuously test, refine, and optimize digital platforms for user engagement and accessibility, maintaining brand standards.
  • Work closely with content owners to ensure digital content is accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital content strategies in coordination with the Marketing & Communications team.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and website performance.
 
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and user experience principles.
  • Experience with SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in digital platforms, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing marketing automation tools (Salesforce/Marketing Cloud experience preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices for digital assets.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Google Analytics Certification preferred.
