Perform daily administrative tasks, including screening calls and taking messages for attorneys.
Edit, revise, and convert legal documents, ensuring adherence to firm styles and guidelines.
File documents through the E-filing system for Federal and State Courts.
Assist with creating and editing Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents.
Manage attorney time entries, expense reports, and case file documentation.
Prepare and sort outgoing and incoming mail.
Provide day-to-day secretarial support and cover for absent secretaries when needed.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 10 years of experience in litigation.
Strong secretarial and organizational skills with extraordinary attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, iManage Document Management System, Kofax, Best Authority, Aderant, Litera Compare, Big Hand Dictation System, and Compulaw.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to occasionally work early or stay late as necessary.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance.
Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
