Client Services/Hospitality Representative - Florida Office

What You'll Do:

  • Reception & Front Desk: Answer calls, greet visitors, and manage the reception area.
  • Conference Room Management: Reserve, set up, and maintain conference rooms for meetings.
  • Hospitality Services: Maintain kitchen pantry supplies, order catered food services for meetings, and manage copy/mail room services.
  • Mail & Package Handling: Receive, scan, and process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages via USPS/FEDEX, and arrange messenger services.
  • Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor inventory of office supplies and submit building maintenance requests.
  • Administrative Support: Assist attorneys with trial binder preparation, perform light filing, document changes, and other clerical projects.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
    • Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Attributes:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to tasks.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary of $60,000 and benefits program.
