Trust & Estates Legal Secretary

SourceProSearch is seeking a skilled Trust & Estates Legal Secretary to support our attorneys with administrative and legal tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and experienced in trust and estate law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare legal documents for wills, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Manage client files and case schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates.
  • Communicate with clients and handle confidential information.
  • Perform general administrative duties and support departmental workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a legal secretary, preferably in trust and estates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.

Compensation:

  • Salary in the $80,000 range, plus overtime.
