A+ Legal Secretary/Office Manager

SourceProSearch is seeking an A+ Legal Secretary with top-tier tenure and skills to join us. In this role, you will not only serve as a legal secretary but also take on the responsibilities of office management. You'll be the backbone of our office, stepping in wherever needed and overseeing office operations in an executive capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a legal secretary to support attorneys with administrative tasks.
  • Manage and oversee office operations.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office manager, front office manager or administrative assistant.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high energy level and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to command respect and get along well with others.
  • Tenure in previous positions is crucial; no job hoppers, please.
