Executive Assistant
SourceProSearch is looking Executive Assistant that will provide comprehensive support to the Chief Operating Officer of a highly-respected NYC real estate development and management company. This role entails managing the COO's daily calendar, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and conducting general research.
General Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chief Operating Officer's daily calendar and electronic address book.
- Schedule appointments, arrange conference calls, plan meetings, and organize luncheons.
- Handle telephone calls, sort mail, manage subscriptions, and maintain personal, investment, and office files.
- Serve as a liaison between the COO and department managers and staff.
- Prepare internal and external correspondence and talking points for public presentations.
- Update and maintain property databases for analytics.
- Copy and circulate monthly journals.

Hiring Specifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent general administrative and clerical skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly developed planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Must be polished with A+ presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented work environment.
Work Schedule: 4 days in the office, Fridays working from home.
Salary: Up to $110,000 per year, with excellent compensation package
