We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our for our esteemed Real Estate client's Philadelphia office. This role promises an exciting prospect for someone who is highly driven and eager to make an impact in the marketing field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the properties in all areas of brand marketing to ensure revenue and occupancy goals are achieved within the residential portfolio. Additionally, this individual will work in cooperation with the Director of Residential Operations and the Residential Regional Managers to ensure they are achieving maximum results from the approved marketing plans. The coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the on-site teams and regional leadership to create customized tactical strategies and ensure consistent deployment across their portfolio. They will partner with groups internally and externally to implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the community and portfolio goals. What You'll Do: Supports Director of Marketing with creating and implementing strategic initiatives across all departments. Establish, optimize, and ensure consistency of overall organizational brand identity and its entities by ensuring all the digital, collateral, and on-site marketing is launched appropriately, while maintaining cohesiveness across all mediums that meets branding guidelines. Manage and maintain the development process for both corporate and community specific digital assets, social media content, collateral materials, promotional materials, websites, and training materials. Assist with creating and maintaining company and property level websites utilizing property management software. Develop and conduct portfolio trainings for new programs and continuing education of marketing initiatives. Oversees property photography projects to include contracting approved partners, collaborating with on-site management, and maintaining centralized photo library – includes new photo shoots, renovation photography, neighborhood, lifestyle, etc. Collaborate with on-site teams in creating and implementing marketing campaigns that enhance property performance and support portfolio goals. Execute monthly performance reporting and deliver to key stakeholders. Be ahead of relevant trends and bring actionable ideas to the forefront. Special projects and other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring: Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields. 2- 3 years’ marketing experience, preferably in real estate marketing. Competency with using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of social media/ online marketing platforms, digital advertising tools (Google Ads and Analytics), and SEO/SEM. Working knowledge of creative programs such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with Yardi Voyager, Yardi CRM, and/ or Yardi Rent Café (SiteManager) preferred. The ability to multitask, adapt readily to rapid changes in work environment and work effectively with a variety of tasks and colleagues (both internal and external colleagues) is required. Excellent writing/grammar skills and meticulous attention to detail. Must possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong administrative follow-through is required.
