Administrative Assistant

SourcePro Search is conducting a search for an Administrative Assistant for a top-notch, outgoing candidate.  This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with growth potential for the right candidate.

Typical Responsibilities:
 

  • Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently;
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications;
  • Prepare outgoing mail as necessary;
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
  • Coordinate document management activities including preparing documents for presentation, preparing files and maintaining the filing system; and
  • Meet and greet visitors.

Requirements:
 
  • Positive attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • 1-3 years of customer service related experience;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Commitment to quality;
  • Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Office); and
  • Strong ability to multi-task.
