SourcePro Search is conducting a search for an Administrative Assistant for a top-notch, outgoing candidate. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with growth potential for the right candidate.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently;
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications;
- Prepare outgoing mail as necessary;
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
- Coordinate document management activities including preparing documents for presentation, preparing files and maintaining the filing system; and
- Meet and greet visitors.
Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills;
- 1-3 years of customer service related experience;
- Attention to detail;
- Commitment to quality;
- Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Office); and
- Strong ability to multi-task.
