IP Litigation Associate
New York, NYSourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Junior IP Litigation Associate within our large firm client’s IP Litigation Practice.
The successful candidate will have strong academics and 1-2 years of large firm experience working on Hatch-Waxman litigation matters and a Chemistry or Biology background is preferred.
Ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, drafting pleadings, writing briefs and preparing and arguing motions.
