What You’ll Do:

Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake through trial.
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
Review, organize, and summarize medical records and other case-related documentation.
Prepare materials for mediations, depositions, and court appearances.
Manage case calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met and filings are timely.
Provide administrative support, including maintaining client files and tracking case progress.

What You’ll Bring:
