What You'll Do:

• Provide counsel in estate planning and estate administration for high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
• Work with clients to implement business succession, asset preservation, and estate tax planning strategies.
• Draft wills, trusts, family limited partnerships, and other estate planning documents.
• Manage complex, multi-jurisdictional estate administration and tax filings.
• Support clients with post-mortem planning and other advanced estate planning techniques.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Trusts & Estates law, focusing on estate planning or estate administration.
• Knowledge of business entities, tax compliance, and estate tax planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with sophisticated high-net-worth clients.
