Apply to Litigation Associate
SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience sought for busy complex commercial litigation practice.
Must be able to work independently and have both commercial litigation and general litigation experience. Chancery practice, health law and/or employment law experience is a plus. Applicant must have experience taking and defending depositions, and experience in both state and federal court. Excellent writing and analytical skills required.
Judicial clerkship experience a plus. New Jersey Bar admission required; New York Bar admission preferred.
