- CPA with public accounting audit experience preferred. International and multi-currency experience a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant audit and tax experience.
- Experience working in a professional services environment (law firm preferred).
- Excellent customer service and a team player mentality.
- Ability to research and document IFRS and country-specific GAAP.
- Ability to research and document complex accounting processes within Elite.
- Computer skills – Expertise in Excel including pivot tables and advanced formulas; ability to become an expert in Elite accounting functions; proficiency in Word.
- Ability to work over-time and non-traditional hours for global clients.
